Since September 2021, I’ve worked as a Senior / Lead Product Designer in Ford’s Rapid Digital Prototyping team, leading design across fast-moving, high-visibility projects. It’s a role that’s sharpened my leadership, because the work lives at the intersection of ambiguity, speed, and stakeholder alignment — you’re often taking a fuzzy idea and turning it into something tangible that people can react to.
A big part of the job is communicating clearly. I regularly present and demo prototypes to senior leadership, using storytelling and evidence to explain the “why,” not just the screens. And because our prototypes often need to be realistic enough to influence roadmaps, I’m used to producing production-quality UI under tight timelines — with the level of polish and detail that makes engineering confident it can be built.
In 2022, I was recognised with Ford’s Top Achiever award.
Due to confidentiality, I can’t share everything publicly, but my work has covered a broad range of future-facing experiences — including campervan concepts, next-generation Mach-E infotainment explorations, new EV capabilities, and emerging home energy management features. Across all of it, the goal has been the same: simplify complex systems, validate ideas quickly, and help teams make better product decisions before we commit to build.
